Karen began her career in the insurance and financial services industry in 1974 with Bankers Life Insurance, now known as Principal Financial Group. She initially began as a receptionist but was promoted to assist in the processing of new business, and worked as an Administrative Assistant for several representatives. Karen also handled the office technology updates. In 2002 Karen was hired to work at Nationwide Life Insurance Company as an assistant to the manager.

In January of 2008 Karen began working for Jensen, Marks, Langer & Vance as the Front Desk Coordinator. Her responsibilities are varied, but include customer service coordination, purchasing, and document management. Karen also works closely with our compliance officer ensuring effective compliance monitoring.
