Jess Roger joined Jensen, Marks, Langer & Vance LLC in February 2022 and serves as Operations Manager for Shawn Connolly’s team. She personally guides new clients through every stage of the onboarding process, from completing paperwork and establishing accounts to helping them become comfortable with the team’s systems and processes.
Jess also leads the team responsible for client support, account servicing, and day-to-day operations. Although service requests may be completed by various members of the team, Jess provides oversight, monitors each request’s progress, and remains fully informed from start to finish.
Jess has worked in the financial services industry since 2019. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The College at Brockport, State University of New York.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys watching football, reading, and hiking with her husband and dogs.
